Use Gibson's a lot for clothing . Haven't had any issues at the Bloor village location. I thought I'd take my expensive winter boots for a clean . Pricing wasn't all that bad nor cheap either . $75 for the cleaning . I'm not impressed with the final product tho.The boots look like they were scrubbed and cleaned with a harsh brush and the brown leather is faded on different parts of the boot.
Super efficient. My 2 blazers look great after sitting in a suitcase for years. Really like the app too with status updates.
This was my first time using Gibson's. I had my Canada Goose coat dry cleaned. The service was very pleasant and helpful each time I called, and the pick up and delivery was easy. I'm deducting a star because of the following improvements that could be made : 1) After my coat was picked up, no one let me know when it would be delivered, until I got a text when it was actually delivered. We have had the pleasure of using Gibson's Cleaners, and I must say, their service and quality are truly exceptional. Their staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs are met. The dry cleaning process was efficient, and the results were impressive—my garments looked like new again.
Well worth the cost! The staff are courteaous and accomodating, the customer service rep (Jessica) is amazing, very kind and understanding, and really does everything she can to make sure customers are happy. The seamstress is very talented - her skill level is unquestionable, her invisible mending is incredible! We will continue to trust Gibson's with our dry cleaning and mending - I cannot recommend them enough!
