Use Gibson's a lot for clothing . Haven't had any issues at the Bloor village location. I thought I'd take my expensive winter boots for a clean . Pricing wasn't all that bad nor cheap either . $75 for the cleaning . I'm not impressed with the final product tho.The boots look like they were scrubbed and cleaned with a harsh brush and the brown leather is faded on different parts of the boot.
I was at Gibson’s Cleaners today. Wonderful staff. Upbeat - positive - and helpful. My dry cleaning is always top notch. The prices are reasonable and in 15 plus years - I have never had an issue with their service.
We have had the pleasure of using Gibson's Cleaners, and I must say, their service and quality are truly exceptional. Their staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs are met. The dry cleaning process was efficient, and the results were impressive—my garments looked like new again.
I go out of the way (I live in northeast Scarborough) when I perceive good quality and good service. I brought my North Face down parka for its seasonal cleaning. Was expecting it back in a week, but was kept up to date by text and it was returned very promptly, well ahead of the one week promise date. Love the clean, love the presentation. Loved the service. Thanks! Will be back for my other dry clean stuff, and see you next season with my parka again.
It was me, Frank Collins, Rachel’s husband. Just great. I expected a replacement of a janmmed zipper but it was freed and a new slider installed. That plus a dry cleaning set me up just fine. 😊
