Quality service had gone down tremendously. they don’t do a good job with their cleaning. I used to be One of the best customer for years until three years ago, and I just went back a week ago dropped off a duvet That had stains of urine fresh stains and they weren’t able to get them out because they don’t use the right cleaning products. I went to another dry cleaning amazing they did an amazing job. They put effort and time and I don’t think they purchased the right cleaning chemicals. I brought a couple of badly damaged wool items here, that I had damaged from the drying machine. for repair. They were super friendly. They didn’t promise me anything incase they weren’t able to repair them fully, but said they would try their best. When I went to pick them up they looked great! They looked almost new and in great condition and definitely a lot better. I was super happy because one item was an item my grandma had bought for me before she passed and it meant a lot to me. Excellent quality of service for dry cleaning. I do wish their Tailor was more available for quick stitching jobs.
