I highly recommend Fazio not only because they do a superb job with all of my dry cleaning needs but also because of the people who work there. I first came in contact with Fazio when I was displaced to Westlake village after my home was damaged during the Pacific Palisades fire. Fernando, the manager at Westlake was very accommodating and they did a great job with the drapes in my new place in Westwood. I went here for the first time and they completely messed up my order by laundering what I wanted dry cleaned and dry cleaning what I wanted laundry. No apology was offered and no discount was offered. Their prices are excessive. I will not go here again.
Ive been a client for almost a year and I must say the service is excellent. I primarily use them for high end suits and clothing and although I was hesitant at first, I have never run into any issues entrusting them with my clothing.
So disappointing. Decided to use them again and on my first delivery they don't have record of 2 of rhe 4 pieces I dropped off! Messed up again after the first try.
I'm from out of town & Fazio provided the most efficient and reliable assistance. I appreciate the common courtesy i received from beautiful woman at cash register. I should have asked her name but I will next time I need something cleaned. Many thanks and happy new year 🎉
