Ive been a client for almost a year and I must say the service is excellent. I primarily use them for high end suits and clothing and although I was hesitant at first, I have never run into any issues entrusting them with my clothing.
Super friendly service, got some cashmere scarves and a sweater cleaned and they were ready in a couple days even close to the holidays!
I go to Fazio Cleaners because they do fine work and they have Nelson our great delivery person. He has done my deliveries for quite a while and he is wonderful! Friendly, helpful, professional and kind. My husband and I both think he’s just great! He is a terrific employee and such an asset to Fazio Cleaners! We love Nelson!
Service was excellent. I had an issue with the way something was pressed and Zelma had it redone while I waited. She is always incredibly helpful and it doesn’t go unnoticed.
