If you live in an apartment and use this service, it can be extremely frustrating when a package ends up in their locker by mistake. In my case, an Amazon delivery was placed in their locker instead of the Amazon Hub, which is right next to it. Unfortunately, they have no way to reset or resend the locker code, so you're stuck waiting for a driver to come unlock it. There's no set schedule, and you could end up waiting days. It's a huge hassle if you need your package urgently.
Fabricare always does a great job on all my cleaning needs including vintage clothing that needs special care. The front staff is very friendly and can make suggestions that are helpful.
They are very professional.The staff are friendly,patient and flexible. I had an issue with other place because I took my brand new dress shirt and I found out some stain.I took the dress shirt to this place and they removed all stain.Excellent job.
When I picked my SIMPLE plain, flat quilted bedspread today, I was shocked to see the bill was $49.19!!! For that price, I could have simply replaced it. I've had it cleaned by this dry cleaner multiple times before and never paid close to that much. To charge that much for such a simple piece is nothing less than price gouging. I will definitely not be bringing it to this establishment again for further cleaning. WARNING: Ask the price before you leave anything for them to clean.
