When I picked my SIMPLE plain, flat quilted bedspread today, I was shocked to see the bill was $49.19!!! For that price, I could have simply replaced it. I've had it cleaned by this dry cleaner multiple times before and never paid close to that much. To charge that much for such a simple piece is nothing less than price gouging. As always, I am so pleased with the helpful and courteous service at Jett Ferry Cleaners. My clothes come out great and they are ready promptly. It is reassuring to have such a dependable and excellent dry cleaners when entrusting my favorite garments to their care.
I've tried several dry cleaners in Dunwoody, and this is the best I've found. Drop-off and pick-up are fast and efficient. Clothes come back clean, hung neatly, and treated with care. They put a small barcode on each piece, and haven't lost anything of mine. They also have good e-mail and text communication when items are ready for pick-up. I wish they were open later than 6:00p, but make it work since the quality of service is good.
If I was able to give more than 5 Stars ⭐️ I absolutely would have!!! I Googled a cleaner’s that could do a next day service because my usual cleaners this one time wasn’t able to accommodate me. I found Fabricare and read the reviews then called them and they told me they could. I drove to the cleaners confirmed again that they would be able to do next day. Truthfully, I haven't even looked at it. $9 to clean a blouse means i just donated to your cause. I won’t/can’t be back. I know we have Bidenomics but puhleez. I hope others continue to support you because I hate to see anyone fail. It just cant be me.
