I don’t often leave bad reviews but wanted to post this so that others are aware. I provided 4 items to this cleaner 3 weeks ago and when I came to pick the items up a few days later, they claimed I only gave them 2 items and denied receiving the other two. I challenged this and gave them a description of the items, so they said they would check the security cameras to find out what happened to the clothes. Asked for heavy starch on new jeans came back like that and felt super flimsy
The service was quick and of good quality. My clothes came back perfect and the staff seemed pretty happy to be working there. Overall it seems like a great business
I would not recommend anyone getting your clothes done here. They charged me $1.40 per pair of socks to wash and dry. Not to mention the total load of clothes was $139.00 with 4 pair on jeans 1 shirt starched and ironed. Clothes was supposed to be ready Monday. Go back Tuesday and still not ready. Wednesday still not ready and they can’t seem to find my laundry bag. Not to mention they still have one hoody to wash. Manager said she didn’t know what to tell me.
Recently took my memorial quilt to them to have some mistakes corrected as well as glue removed! This was obviously very important to me and I couldn't be more pleased! They went above &beyond to take care of my quilt, even framed 2 pictures of my son for me! Highly recommended them not only for the professionalism but their kindness as well!
