very disappointed that this location is no longer offering hangars for my disabled grandmothers fluff and fold service. Explained the situation and even offered to pay an additional service fee! It is frustrating that they cannot even make accommodations for those that have limited mobility. We have been a customer for about a year! We frequently send in her loads as she is not able to do her own laundry like she wants and DO Summers was her request. I have used this service for several years and WAS very pleased. However, for the last 9 months whichever location is servicing Aurora has completely fallen apart. I get garments that are frequently wrinkled or damaged. I've also gotten the wrong garments that aren't even mine on more than one occasion. In addition, they constantly break buttons on my shirts. Super easy to work with and very professional staff. I rarely go to the dry cleaner, but they make the process simple.
