I have used this service for several years and WAS very pleased. However, for the last 9 months whichever location is servicing Aurora has completely fallen apart. I get garments that are frequently wrinkled or damaged. I've also gotten the wrong garments that aren't even mine on more than one occasion. In addition, they constantly break buttons on my shirts. I love the people at D.O. Summers. The whole team is friendly, and professional and they do a great job. Our things come back on time and perfectly done. If there is ever an issue, they work to quickly resolve it. Thank you D.O. Summers Solon!

We love D. O. Summers for our cleaning needs. Excellent job. Very organized. Good number of employees & always helpful & respectful. I suspect that they treat their employees well because they do not have a big turnover of staff. They seem happy to be working there. Great well-run establishment

Just moved here last summer and found this dry cleaner. WOW. Incredible service. Great work. I’ve found my new cleaners! Highly recommend. Fast, and always pleasant/helpful.

I read a handful of reviews saying they’re over-priced, but this is not the case! Their pricing is incredibly reasonable, they’re incredibly fast, incredibly friendly, very professional, and the quality of their work is superb. Seriously, if you need some dry cleaning done, go here.
