Kate helped us resolve an issue today, as first timers and out of towners, we especially appreciated her promptness and very kind personality. Alex from Downtown was also great!
The best way to describe my experience at this location is, "neighborhood feel with big city convenience!!" The service at this location is outstanding. Cassandra and Janice take customer service to the next level. They know their regular customers by name and phone number. And to top that off they are always reminding me when my promotions and coupons are available to use, or if they are about to expire. I absolutely love this location!! The employees are so personable and friendly!! Janice has my order pulled by the time I walk in the door when I’m pulling up!! Seriously that is great customer service!! BONUS when she has the time to chat it is always good conversation!! This was the first Dry cleaning service I used when we moved to Shaker Hts 3 yrs ago and because of the exceptional service I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else!! Cassandra and Janice are the best. When they see me coming, they get my order out. They have great attention to detail and they know their customers by name. Your items are always ready when promised! I could do home delivery, but then I wouldn't get to see them!!
Casandra and Janice give superb service at his location. They greet me politely, and pull laundry that I'm picking up when they see my car and before I walk in the door! They even have helped me to my car with my clothes periodically to save me an extra trip. My only issue with this location from time to time has related to stains that come out of nowhere at the laundry itself or stains that only get removed, but then ARE removed, after I've sent an item back three times.
