Alright, firstly the service was quick, 24 hour turn around on 5 shirts for 24 dollars. Not bad at all. But be aware, this is not a dry cleaner, is is a collection site, there is no human interaction, everything is done on their app and with their clothing locker "machine". So if you have something that needs a specific touch, might not be for you. But for "every day" dry cleaning this was wonderful. I will be back and would recommend to a friend.
It was a terrific experience, but I had no idea it was happening or that I was not supposed to get anymore text messages letting me know my order was ready. After five days I called and they told me to just go there and input my cell phone number and I would receive my dry cleaning. It was quick and easy.
They did a terrible cleaning job on two of my feather down comforters. They didn't even smell clean at home. I questioned if they even washed them. I was told during my last drop off that they clean down comforters in a regular washing machine. Yes, they are not dry cleaned! Yet they charge you $70+ dollars. Knowing that,I ended up taking it to a local laundromat (after they cleaned it) and washing it myself in a jumbo washer. For less than $5 dollars. Terrible customer experience!
This is my go-to place for all my dry cleaning needs. What I like best about coming here is the no-contact pick up and delivery of my items. I just drop my bag off in their drop box inside the lobby and they text me when my order is ready with a locker number and access code, which makes it easier to pick up anytime, without any hassle. They always do a good job of dry cleaning my clothes and I get regular communication from them on my items as well as discounts which is a plus. I will continue to come here.
Fast, professional, and excellent job dry cleaning my large Canada Goose jacket. Price was also very fair (less than $20)
