Wedding dress alterations - cannot recommend them enough! My dress was a beaded material and I wanted to change the structure of the back so I was nervous about choosing someone for alterations. They crushed it! The quality and execution of the changes were perfect. They were also great to work with and made sure I was happy with the changes every step of the way.

I flew in from LA to Chicago, on my way to NY and then abroad — in two days! I needed some designer pullovers any cardigans dry cleaned quickly. I called Davis Imperial, they were incredibly helpful and worked hard to make it happen. The quality of service, the customer care, the upscale atmosphere and the attractiveness of the store itself, made for an outstanding customer experience. I have been using Davis for many years for anything that requires expert professional attention. I found them on Yelp when I needed to clean a dress with beaded embellishments. The service is OUTSTANDING! April of this year I left my fur for some repairs and cleaning. It was recently delivered and I am beyond happy with the results. I have a beloved Blackhawk’s Starter jacket that is over 25 yrs old and in serious need of repair. The cuffs were tattered, the embroidery frayed and the zipper was a zip-tie. I took it to a couple of cleaners/alteration shops and they all said they couldn’t help me. Then I found Davis Imperial Cleaners. They are miracle workers! My jacket looks brand new. I can’t believe how beautiful it is. I highly recommend this company. Very professional and skilled experts in their field.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I drove 30 minutes to pick up my wedding dress (I leave today for my wedding) I took it home and it had a stain on the front of it. When I drove 30 minutes back to the store, I was greeted with no apology. The woman at the front got the first stain out then directed ME to “check” MY dress at THEIR store for more stains.
