Mixed review. When I dropped off my suit for the first time the older lady was rude. She didn't acknowledge me when I came in, had me move my suit from one hanger to the other for no apparent reason, got annoyed at me (a first time customer) for not having my shirt pre-unbuttoned on the hanger, and was short with me the entire time. I asked to have a pleaded skirt steam pressed to get the wrinkles out. I can tell some parts were pressed, but not the entire skirt. Good customer service though.

Big thanks to custom care dry cleaning. Dropped off my suit to dry clean Thursday night around 4:50pm and request to be pick up next day. They achieved it and above all, I had cash in the jacket without realizing and the front nice lady called and told me and left it in a pouch along with my suit. Very honest business establishments!

Great place to get your nice clothes taken care of. Always well done and Joane and Charlotte always have things under control. However the plant has know idea of what starch is, based on my experience. I'm retired Army and I now wear khaki slacks exclusively. I want enough starch in them so they will almost stand by themselves. Not once have I noticed anything resembling starch in my orders whether I ask for medium or heavy starch 😪 The rest of what they do is excellent.

I always enjoy taking and picking up my dry cleaning from Custom Care. I like the text notification when my clothes are ready and the person who works there is so very friendly and happy.
