If could give them zero stars, I would! I paid money for them to ruin one of my favorite items of clothing. This cleaner did not take any responsibility for the fact that they did, indeed, ruin my blouse. They evidently do not know how to work with silk. It was unreal! I it to them with some water drops and when I went to pick it up there was a huge rubber stain, which they’re blaming me for. Terrible customer service.
CC does a great job on my shirts and I always feel welcome when I walk through the door. Bruce is a good man.
I dropped off a pair of Philosophy pants. I pointed out a stain (I dropped a bit of aioli on the front of pants) which should have been so easy to remove. When I picked up today, I was actually shocked. Not only was the stain still there but the pants were very wrinkled. Last year I dropped off a pair of Lafayette 148 winter white pants. When I went to put them on for an event a week later, I noticed the left leg had 2 ironed in seams! Today they only charged me $1.15 because I was so unhappy.
