I will definitely be back to this laundromat. Best one around and I'm not just saying that because if you download the app you get $10 towards your laundry. Lol And it didn't even ask me for my credit card first. That's a bonus for me. But what is really amazing is the attendant was very attentive and he kept the place cleaner than any other laundromat in the area(including apartments community laundry rooms). He was very friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be coming here from now on! Oh and the music wasn't horrible eithe... read more
This is by FAR, the CLEANEST laundromat I've ever been to. Was able to get in and out in no time as it was not busy at all on a Sunday night. The only thing that hurt was the price. They start at $5.50 for a 30 lb washer and go up from there. The dryers were $1.50 for 25 minutes and you could choose the heat level. All in all this is a really nice laundromat with really nice washers and dryers so I guess you are getting what you pay for.
People were very nice, but I won’t be returning. Cleaning was okay - some spots remained. But I really didn’t appreciate the additional charge of $21 because my coat had a detachable hood - whole separate charge as if it were a hat. And another coat, an extra $4 for the belt. Just a grab.
My family was in GR for a baseball tournament. I needed to wash uniforms and this place was closest to our hotel. When I arrived, a worker greeted me at the door, offered assistance with the washing machine, and even attempted to help me rent an E-bike to return to hotel. This type of customer service is quite rare these days. In addition, the facility was clean and inviting.
Just like every other overpriced laundry place. I only come in to wash my comforter because it doesn't fit in my washing machine. $5.50 just to wash it with no extras. .25 for every added perk and about .50 to dry it. I feel cheated but they're all the same. The owner stares a lot. Like what the f are we going to steal! But whatever. It works.
