I have been consistently pleased with Crest cleaning service. This time I also needed some simple sowing help & decided to give them a try. I was pleased & will be back for other alterations!
I had alterations done on my service coat. I specifically stated what I needed done. However, the seamstress decided not to do it because she believed it didn't need to be done. Doesn't matter since I am paying for the services. When I brought my service coat back in to have her fix it, she was mad and rude because she was asked to fix it Also, I had something in my pocket that I left accidentally. My two pairs of workout pants cost me $36 to hem only. I thought that high, but with inflation, then maybe. With that cost, I would have thought the hem would be perfect, but not so. The sewn line was all crooked. Crest may be good at cleaning, but get your tailoring jobs elsewhere.
