Service is quick and convenient but cost is WAAAY too high. $6.50/dress shirt? That’s completely ridiculous. Save your money and find a mom-n-pop place that won’t rip you off.

I was having lunch at la Madeleine next door, and accidentally dropped my phone in the parking lot. Someone found my phone, and brought it into crest cleaners. They held the phone for me, and then made sure it got to me when the very kind manager from La Madeleine called my phone. Just one of those times when you’re grateful for kind people doing the right thing! Thank you crest cleaners!

I have been using this Crest Cleaners since August 2005. I used other cleaners twice and quickly returned. My reasons: superb staff who are professional, polite and responsive; great hours; great location; and 100% perfect service, every time.

Terrible customer service, poor quality (multiple instances of ruining our garments), and pricing can fluctuate from the price list at their will (when asked, "Based on the brand you make up the price?" the answer was "yes."). The only thing they have going for them is delivery convenience.

I’ve used them for cleaning and hemming. The second time I got pants hemmed and one pair came back super stretched out in the waist. The hemming is good but how did the waist get stretched when I did not ask to get it cleaned? I tried going back twice to ask the lady to fix it but she was not there. The first time I went on a day that she was supposedly there until 5, I went in at 4:45 and she was already gone. For $20/pair for hemming I’m disappointed.
