I have been using Crest dry cleaners store 14 for a couple of years and would recommend this store to anybody. The front desk staff are really helpful and friendly, they are highly professional and have a great customer service attitudes. They always greet their customer with a smile,
I've been using Crest Advanced Dry Cleaners for 8 years. This past month a pair of pants was returned with the metal clasp missing and fabric torn within the area. The pants are no longer able to be worn. I was told to bring the pants back to them to "review". Once they "reviewed" they determined that it was not possibly from their service. I will find a new cleaner in the area. I can no longer recommend them after this type of customer service.
