So appreciated Tina and the staff- had an emergency! My daughter is in a wedding today and lives in LA. She picked her dress up from being altered- put it sjtrqigjt in her suitcase and when she unwrapped her dress there were two grease like stains one of which was smack dap in the middle of the dress. I brought it over on Thursday late afternoon and picked it up yesterday. They determined that it was not grease but someone had handled it with fresh lotion on their hands- it was a long shot but not only did they get the stain... read more

Highly recommend! I recently brought in a few items to have dry cleaned. One of my white dresses had a very tricky stain. It did not come out the first time, but Crest happily said they would try again at no additional charge. I am happy to say the stain came out! I really appreciate their work and customer service.
