Don’t go here. Felt like a SCAM. ZERO customer service. Different employees will tell you different things. They have a 100 year old broken weighing scale; the first time I went there the guy weighed it in front of me and said it’s 14 lbs I told him the machine is clearly broken as it’s already at 4 lbs with no weight on it. I have been coming to Crest for the last 2 months as I recently relocated back to Reston and was in search of reliable dry cleaning service. My first visit I met Christian, who is extremely kind and friendly. He was honest with me about my inquiry regarding cleaning a brand new duvet. I greatly appreciated his honesty and decided to proceed with servicing for other items. ====== UPDATE: ====== For full transparency, I am going to leave my original review below. Two weeks after my pocket square was lost, I got the reimbursement check. They fully reimbursed me, tax too. Not the fastest, but not too bad, and they kept me informed and let me know when the claim was being filed and when the check was being delivered. The only thing I enjoyed about them was their pick up/delivery service and friendly staff. Otherwise, they were pretty awful. In the 3 months that I used them for dry cleaning, I had 4 terrible experiences that showed me they can’t be trusted. They supposedly open at 7 AM, I went one day at 7:45 AM to drop off some clothes and the door was locked. Meanwhile the staff are inside singing, blasting music, having a merry old time. I love crest and Jaden always makes my experience amazing!! She’s very attentive and personable. She really makes the impossible possible and has always made sure I had my dry cleaning ready even during desperate measures. She’s the best.
