I've been going here for over 15 years and when I've tried other area cleaners they don't come close to Crest of Rockville. The quality of service is top notch and outcome is consistently excellent. The GM Grace is always so responsive and accommodating and a joy to work with always taking such excellent care! Prices are on the high side but if you want reliable excellent service and best outcome for your special garments, you can't go wrong with Crest of Rockville!

I am rating them 1 because zero is not available. I took my brand new tags just removed, folded from being in the shopping bag white dress in for same day service . . . not because it was dirty . . . but to get that crisp, fresh, folds removed look for a 70th birthday celebration for my friend. I had paid $22.99, which included a ridiculous extra fee for the rush service. My dress came back dingy and limp, like it had been worn a whole summer. I was so angry and disgusted . . . The staff was amazing. A young man named Zachary was particularly kind and helpful. Possibly one of the best experiences I have had with a staff member.
