I needed alterations on a pair of pants I recently purchased that was too long. I went to Crest for the first time and the process was so easy and efficient. The seamstress finished my alterations in one day and the cost was also very affordable. Will definitely be going back

Crest repeatedly has excellent service. I recently fractured my elbow and the young gentleman at the counter helped me to my car with all of my dry cleaning without me asking. I can’t say enough about customer service here!

I dropped off a brand new comforter set in its original packaging bag. When I went to pick it up, I found out they threw out the nicer comforter bag and gave me their in-store cheap/flimsy version. When I asked what happened to my comforter bag that I brought in, I was told that they threw that one out because it's their policy to use their bags. I can't say enough about this dry cleaners. They are friendly, efficient. Their service is great. I've used the delivery service which is prompt and really convenient. I've also dropped off things for quick turn around. I also love their communication via app and email. super easy.

The folks at the Montrose Crossing Crest cleaners location are AWESOME! They're thoughtful, conscientious and do a great job on our clothes, and bedding. A shout out to the gentleman that works weekdays, who is always so nice and fast! In a world where people aren't always customer service oriented, Crest is the exceptional stand out. Thank you !
