The employee that took my pants, which needed repair, was friendly. The quality of the work done is good. Otherwise... less than 1 star. I was told that I would receive a call the following morning. That did not occur. Instead I received a text a couple of days later. She introduced herself. She stated a price and asked if it was okay to proceed. I said that it will be okay to proceed. they always do an amazing job! the seamstress is so good at what she does. i’ve had two alterations done here now they both turned out amazing. i will only go here for any future alterations. thank you!

Everyone at Crest Advanced Dry Cleaners is AWESOME!!! Eddie helped me out today, he helped me apply a coupon to my pick up today. He told me that coupons need to be presented at time of drop off. I looked at my coupon and was surprised to find that information was not printed on the coupon. Eddie helped me, by applying the coupon, because he is AWESOME!! The work they do at Crest is the BEST. They may charge a lot, but that's because they are the most trustworthy, best in town. The pickup and delivery service is so convenient. They accidentally lost a belt that I included with a dress to be cleaned, and then found it later and delivered it to my doorstep. They went way above and beyond to keep me as a satisfied customer. I've been going here for over 15 years and when I've tried other area cleaners they don't come close to Crest of Rockville. The quality of service is top notch and outcome is consistently excellent. The GM Grace is always so responsive and accommodating and a joy to work with always taking such excellent care! Prices are on the high side but if you want reliable excellent service and best outcome for your special garments, you can't go wrong with Crest of Rockville!
