Friendly, professional service. They always clean beautifully, be it clothes, tablecloths, or comforters. A few weeks ago I brought in some light blouses with "ring around the collar", and they were honest about extra charges and that it was possible that the removal would not be 100%. I went ahead because I decided that they would do better than I could at home. The job was great. Also I appreciated their e-mailed reminder for pick-up when I had forgotten. I highly recommend Crest cleaners.
I am looking for a reliable, quality dry cleaning service provider. This is my first time trying Crest. Staff seems to friendly and knowledgeable. My clothes were ready when promised. All items were cleaned and returned in good order. The text and email notifications are a plus. My rub is Crest forces you to use a credit card. No cash is accepted. This is a big minus for me. This is why 3 stars instead of 5 (customer service). Payment type should be the customer’s choice. Thanks.
I’m here almost weekly and I am never disappointed. Wilmae, Jefry and their crew do phenomenal work every time. Not only is my clothing expertly cleaned and pressed, but it’s always ready quickly and the customer service is excellent. They are always friendly, greet you with a smile, and no job is seemingly too difficult. Highest recommendation, and very happy to have this branch of Crest Advanced Dry Cleaners as a staple of our West Springfield/Burke community.
Great experience. Everyone was friendly and I was notified when my items were ready to be picked up. The wonderful lady in alterations was gracious enough to have my emergency alterations back in two days!
Crest cleaners were great! Timely return, thorough service and did a great job on 4 if my suit jackets (3 of them were white and they look great). Cost was reasonable. I highly recommend these cleaners.
