Very expensive. $5.29 for laundry men’s shirt. And didn’t get it clean. You can get the same service for $2.50 at local Korean own cleaners.
What a terrible experience meeting Crest's Union Mill manager today! Last year, I literary took my whole business wardrobe to the Crest, as I had a long study break and stopped using my suits and jackets for a while. Only last month, I started to wear them to meetings and found out at least one had a big gash on the back, probably a burn mark or may be caught in between Crest automatic hangers. I dropped off a simple summer dress for my 11 year old daughter that had a Shirley Temple stain on it. They charged me $23 and they got the stain out but had simple dust marks on it when returned. Outrageous pricing and they don’t do a good job!
I have been using Crest for many years. Best customer service! My clothes are well taken care of and I trust them completely. They used to deliver to my office. But I recently changed jobs in another area. I will still continue to use this particular location. And I have no problem driving from Loudoun County.
Crest is dependable, timely, with great customer service! We don’t always have cleaning for them so they check with us to see if we need a pick up. And then always reply with a thank you after a drop off. So convenient and cleaning is amazing! Highly recommend!
