After seeing positive reviews for this location, I was very confident in entrusting them with me and my fiancee's clothes for our upcoming wedding. Sadly, I would not be coming back. 2 out of 3 white shirts still had visible wrinkles on them and I felt like they were not pressed and ironed as well as the 1st white shirt which was done beautifully. I visited this place for the first time today after getting subpar service from a competitor in the area. The staff member working at the time, Francisco, was extremely helpful and kind and gave me a great first impression of Crest. I wasn't sure if I was going to leave my 2 suits here because I know it'd be cheaper if I went to Zips, but was offered a coupon after expressing aprehension. Francisco and the whole team were outstanding. I can not express how great of a business this is. Francisco is a young man who is the manager who takes pride in his work. He is phenomenal at customer service. If you need anything from him ask for him! My clothes are always in top-notch shape when leaving Crest!
I needed some shorts and pants done urgently same day. I called up Crest and Francisco answered. It was 9am and I needed the clothes back by noon. Francisco day no problems and after I dropped the clothes off, got it done while I went next door and had a bagel and coffee. Excellent service !! Will definitely keep me coming back!!
