Crest dry cleaners in the Traville Village Center is the best. I’ve been going for a year now and they’re always fast, professional, friendly and my clothes are well cared for. And a shout-out to Francisco for his exceptional customer service.
Great to work with and incredibly convenient. In particular, Francisco in the Germantown location is very friendly and remembers my name and even that I brought my son in a while back. I usually have them pick up and drop off my cleaning from my house, so I was surprised that he cared enough to pay attention. Other people I’ve interacted with there are good too. Recommended
Everyone should have a friendly relationship with their Dry Cleaner! After all they are looking after your most prized possessions, your clothes. After months of mishaps w my Damascus dry cleaner, I read the Yelp reviews for Crest Cleaners and made a change! I was greeted by happy, helpful people who really cared about customer service. Plus they clean on the premises so you can get your clothes back sooner. A+ in my book.
I’ve been to Crest near Wegmans in Germantown four times recently. Francisco waited on me and was very personable and knowledgeable. In fact, the on my second visit he greeted me by my name. I couldn’t believe he remembered me! I’ve witnessed him being very helpful and kind to others. You should be thankful Francisco is on your team!!
