Such a good experience! I trusted them every step of the way with my precious wedding memories. The quality of the preservation is obvious. They use museum level supplies and processes. They even slipped in some paper memories like my invitations and programs, and my garter belt and veil as well. I feel so relieved knowing my dress is safe from time’s clutches! I am very happy with the dry cleaning & alternation services provided by Capt Keith's Classis Cleaners. I moved here recently from Florida & did research to find a good dry cleaning service company. This business does an excellent job at dry cleaning my clothes and the employees are professional & friendly. I've had some alternations work done too & am very impressed. I am very appreciative for Mr. Keith because he got the football field turf out of my daughter’s Homecoming Court dress, which was a Jovani exclusive. However, it took more than a month even though I was given several dates on when it would be ready. In addition, I expressed to him that I would be selling the dress multiple times, so he said he’d make this a priority. Because he had the dress for more than a month, I lost a potential buyer. Mr. Keith does great work, but the timeliness was unsatisfactory.
The most amazing experience with Captain Keith’s Cleaners EVER! I searched high and low for someone to clean my wedding dress before my big day. & man he delivered. I drove an hour and half to get my wedding dress HAND cleaned by him & he even steamed my veil for me and everything :) I am so thankful for his heart and this wonderful experience.
