Great price on shirts and my husbands medium starched trousers came out perfect
We have used Burke’s 18th location for over 5 years including alterations. Staff is very friendly and attentive. We utilize the discount by dropping off prior to 9:00 am Wednesday or Thursday which is great!
Burke is my favorite cleaners. They work quickly to get my items done, they do a great job, the price is always reasonable and the people are the friendliest! Excellent service!
I took a Bridemaids dress to be cleaned. When I went to pick it up, there were 2 large snags down the front of the dress. While I waited, the employee called another store to find out what to do. I was told that they would have someone look at the dress and get in touch with me in a few days. 10 days later and no call. I called the main location and was told that they were unaware of the DAMAGED dress. Now I am told it could take 2-3 weeks for claims department to hand it. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!
