I started going to Brian’s Dry Cleaners in Baldswinville, NY because Alexanders on Rt 57 had one rude woman one day (meaning it could have just been a bad day for her but it annoyed me enough anyway). I was so happy id been annoyed because Brian’s is great and there is a woman there who is wonderful. Great work dry cleaning the 2 garments. Both pcs were ready and delivered sooner than expected. Delivery service included with the cost of cleaning is an added bonus. We were very pleased with the quality and convenience and would easily recommend Brian's cleaners.

The staff was very friendly when I dropped my clothes off and when I picked them up. This was my first time using this establishment and I will be a returning customer. I appreciated the text alerting me that my clothes were done and ready for pick up.

Josiah performed alterations for me on two dresses. He was a delight to interact with and did excellent work within a reasonable timeframe.
