The customer service was outstanding, fast, and professional. I was so pleased and relieved that they could alter and prepare my work uniform last minute. They went above and beyond!!! without an up-charge or attitude. Great prices and friendly staff. Definitely recommend Brian's One Day Cleaners and will continue using their service. I brought six dresses to Brian’s for alterations and Josiah did an amazing job! He hemmed them, added padding in the chest, and fixed the tops for different adjustments. They all came out perfect and fit me so much better. He also worked very fast! Thank you so much, Josiah! The one downside to Brian’s in Manlius is there isn’t a dedicated space for alterations. Always friendly. Items are usually ready in 48hrs. Often go above with services. Example they fixed a closure loop on a dress for me. Highly recommend.

The people at Brian's were friendly and helpful. I needed to ask for the garment to be ready a couple days early, and they took care of that with no problem. We were completely satisfied with how they cleaned the garment.

Wonderful work on getting stains out of satin. Thought that shirt was done but Brian’s gave it a new life.
