I dropped my suit off yesterday around 5pm~, and let them know I would like it ready by Thursday 9am if possible, since I would be flying out that day. Not only did they make it happen, but It was ready by Tuesday @ 2:30pm, despite the fact that today is NYE! The lady at the front was so nice & friendly. I'll definitely be back!
I have used other dry cleaners in the past and had decided to try someone else and ended up at the Avalon Dry Cleaners that is at 1537 Grand Parkway and meant Laura. She was and always is so friendly and nice that this Avalon location is and will be the dry cleaner that I use. I have never had a problem with any of my clothes that I have taken there. They always look really nice. It is so nice to have such a nice friendly person take care of you. You do not find these kind of people in a lot of businesses these days.
I just moved to the area, excellent and professional services. Glad to have a dependable. I’ve only been here once (arriving a week ago). Look to be returning again 👍😊
My go-to dry cleaners for a year now. Laura is the reason I keep coming back. I see many reviews complaining about the price but there is always a premium attached to excellent, genuine service with a smile. My clothes are perfect every time and by my second visit I was already welcomed and greeted by name. Laura is a model employee for storefronts like this. Thank you Laura and Avalon! -Rick
Very happy with the service especially Laura! She always finds a solution if there is an issue . My husband's dress pants came back with double pleats due to the cleaners error and she took care of the situation and makes sure they are done correct from that point forward !
