I am very happy with their customer service and end result. I entrusted them with my deceased father’s jacket he used during his time serving our country in Afghanistan, and they did a great job taking all the tough stains out! I could tell they used lots of care and even gave me a little bag with something I left in the pockets on accident. I think the price was very decent which was $20 and it was done by the next day. Would definitely go again!
The white dress was damaged. They sent me a message. I said it didn't matter. When I checked out, they didn't deduct the money. I suggested that the dress shouldn't be charged. They didn't say sorry the whole time. Also One piece of clothing was not cleaned at all. It was damaged. Because I washed 16 pieces of clothing, I did not check every one of them. LIE!!Very disappointed in their service this time. I have been using this place for many years. Today is my last day with them. I went to pick up 4 days after I dropped off my suit in which per service it should be ready by next day. The staff told it won’t be ready for another 2 more days, and nobody even called or emailed to me for this delay. They told if I need today I had to get as is which they told they had it cleaned. Great Dry Cleaners! I’ve used them for several years and I’ve never been disappointed. They do a great job, friendly, great notification system and very reliable. I definitely recommend them!
