I am very happy with their customer service and end result. I entrusted them with my deceased father’s jacket he used during his time serving our country in Afghanistan, and they did a great job taking all the tough stains out! I could tell they used lots of care and even gave me a little bag with something I left in the pockets on accident. I think the price was very decent which was $20 and it was done by the next day. Would definitely go again!
Brought in a comforter. They were able to get old dye stains out of it that I didn’t even ask them to attempt to lift. It was a great surprise. The girl at the front desk even helped me bring my clean laundry out to my car. Above and beyond service
Worst experience ever! I took a brand new dress in for alterations and cleaning almost a month ago. Initially, they told me it would be ready in two weeks. However, on the day I was supposed to pick it up, they called to inform me that their tailor had been dealing with family issues and hadn’t shown up to work in two weeks. This dry cleaning company has great customer care and service. The tailor does a wonderful job at making the right changes to make any garment you need to fit correctly and comfortabl.
The white dress was damaged. They sent me a message. I said it didn't matter. When I checked out, they didn't deduct the money. I suggested that the dress shouldn't be charged. They didn't say sorry the whole time. Also One piece of clothing was not cleaned at all. It was damaged. Because I washed 16 pieces of clothing, I did not check every one of them.
