I had an excellent experience with A-1 Dry Cleaners when I took my daughter's prom dress there for cleaning. The customer service was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They properly presented the dress on a fitted hanger, sealed in the garment bag, and they were quick to deliver the dress! Their communication was outstanding throughout the entire process. I am absolutely thrilled with the local cleaner! I brought in two pairs of pants for alterations and they did an outstanding job. Not only were they able to get them back to me quickly, but the quality of their work was exceptional. I truly appreciated their efficiency, especially since I needed the pants for an important appointment. I have been a loyal customer for years and I am excited to continue using their services in the future.

I was debating on leaving this review cause I’m not a review person but when I got home to see the quality of the work, it was the straw that broke the camel’s back. Originally I took in a couch cushion cover on Saturday to be fixed cause it had a slit in it. I was told that it would be ready by Tuesday by one man (my ticket said Monday 6pm) when I called Tuesday at the end of the day to ask if it was ready, a rude lady with attitude answered.
