I brought my lab coats from work there as a new customer and the service was great. I was told it would take two days just to make sure they will get all the heavy stains out of it, but it was still ready in 24 hours. The guy that helped me was so nice and they even offered me 10% off my next service. Highly recommend this dry cleaners, so far my experience has been great and my lab coats look amazing. It looks brand new again :)
I had a super emergency. I had gone to a Doc who had given me a shot in the a.. He did put a bandage on it. But it didn’t help. Stain on my new dress I was wearing out of two in 2 days. I took it to them. They could not have been nicer. Fixed my problem in record time and did a great job. I will be a customer for life. Love these guys
I had an excellent experience with A-1 Dry Cleaners when I took my daughter's prom dress there for cleaning. The customer service was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They properly presented the dress on a fitted hanger, sealed in the garment bag, and they were quick to deliver the dress! Their communication was outstanding throughout the entire process.
